What they're all saying.

am Mr. Lilande Ben Duncan,  head cameraman and D.O.P at Ron Tv International. I have been the supervisor to David Allen and for the three months we have worked with him I have seen him grow and display high levels of integrity, professionalism, hard work, maturity, discipline and the thirst to learn more. Allen has in many ways shown us that he has what it takes I can confidently say that he meets the industry’s demands.  On behalf of the company, I would love to say thank you to ADMI for shaping these young men to become productive and team players right from Ian Githinji to Charles Kiprono. I personally thank your institution for the good job you’re doing by making the young generation realize their potential. I look forward to getting more and more from you.

JayDee joined a local university to study Communications and French but he didn’t like it. I come from a culture where if you don’t have a degree people assume you don’t have an education. I am moving away from that by letting him do what he enjoys. He wants to buy equipment and do gigs here and there, get the experience, get a job, learn and understand the industry properly and get the best that he can from it.
